The Moyaone Association owns and operates four communal spaces known collectively as the Moyaone Commons:
- The Wagner Community Center
- The Hollyfield Complex (pavilion/tiki bar and cook shack)
- The Moyaone Community Pool
- The Moyaone Play Fields and Court
All four spaces are maintained by the Buildings and Grounds and Community Pool Committees and funded through Moyaone Association dues and voluntary contributions.
Wagner Community Center
Built in 1957 and named after legacy residents Charles and Nancy Wagner, the Wagner Community Center is the heart of social and association activities in the Moyaone Reserve. This 1600-square foot, air-conditioned space offers his/her restrooms, a kitchenette, and folding tables and chairs.
Hollyfield Complex
The Hollyfield Complex was built by resident John Hollyfield and over 100 volunteers and funded by generous donators. Established in 2016 to enhance outdoor social experiences, the Complex features a
- custom-built, chalet-style covered pavilion with five stationary picnic tables (never have a rained-out picnic again);
- 1950s-style tiki bar with 30″ wood countertops, lighting, electrical outlets, and plenty of under-counter storage space (serve your friends cocktails within view of the pool); and
- cook shack equipped with a smoker, grill, oven, and more (smoked, grilled, or baked—your choice!).

Using/Renting the Commons
To hold a group event in any of the Commons spaces, please complete and submit a Commons Use Application. A completed application and a security deposit are required for all group events, regardless of residency. Reservations will only be accepted when submitted in writing to the appropriate committee chair.
Each Moyaone Association member in good standing may, for free and once each year (outside black-out dates), use the Wagner Community Center and Hollyfield Complex. This privilege is not transferrable.
