This is your official notice of the Agenda for the Moyaone Association Annual Member Meeting on Saturday, May 4, 2024, 1:00pm – 3:00pm at the Moyaone Commons. Only Residents in good standing are permitted a vote at the meeting. Please join us that day to discuss important business for our Association and for the election of several new officers. We will also discuss and vote on the revision of the Association ByLaws as well as a grant from the State of Maryland the Association has received for pool repairs and updates. If you are not able to attend, please arrange for a proxy with one of your neighbors (follow instructions on the attached form).

Votes to be taken at this meeting:
1. Election of four new Directors to the Board and two new Financial Trustees
2. Revision of Association Bylaws
3. One significant change in bylaws regarding the vote needed from the membership to spend funds from the Investment Fund Capital will be a separate discussion and vote
4. Official acceptance by the Association membership of the grant from the State of Maryland
5. Empowerment of ad hoc committee priorities on which the State grant will be spent
Note: Everyone already received the draft of the Bylaws revision. A final edited version, with little significant change since the first draft, will be sent to everyone on Friday.
We have a good deal of important business at this meeting, and we need our quorum of 1/3 of the members for voting, so join us or arrange for your proxy!
